Eastchester Worker Housing II |
| Loci continued its push into multi-family housing design with this design proposal for a 30,000 sf mixed-use 100% affordable, energy-efficient apartment building in the Eastchester section of the Bronx. The ground floor is a day care center serving our client’s nearby 1,400 unit worker housing complex spanning five city blocks. The upper floors include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. |
