Candela Tower

As part of a broader building enhancement for Candela Tower, we designed a new entrance lobby, package room, gymnasium, and laundry facility. The lobby—previously altered by decades of piecemeal updates—has been fully restored using materials that honor Rosario Candela’s original vision while delivering a contemporary atmosphere for today’s residents. The lobby, once fragmented by years of small renovations, has been thoughtfully renovated with materials that revive the elegance of Rosario Candela’s design, blending timeless character with a fresh, sophisticated look.
