Brooklyn Prospect High School

After completing the feasibility study, our client pivoted and decided to open an elementary and middle school at the Windsor Terrace location while relocating its high school to Downtown Brooklyn. The new facility will be located on the 9th, 10th, and 11th Floors of a tower above the historic Macy’s building that extends from Fulton to Livingston Street. The program includes a full size gymnasium, cafeteria, several outdoor terraces, a library, a student lounge, and classrooms for 1,200 students. Construction started in October and the entire team is focused on the school welcoming students in Fall 2026.
