Brooklyn Prospect High School

After a feasibility study, our client decided to relocate its high school to Downtown Brooklyn. The new facility will be located on the 9th, 10th, and 11th Floors of a tower above the historic Macy’s building that extends from Fulton to Livingston Street. The program includes a full size gymnasium, cafeteria, several outdoor terraces, a library, a student lounge, and classrooms for 1,200 students. Construction started in October and the entire team is focused on the school welcoming students in Fall 2026.
