Located within a landmarked historic district, this 10 story converted residential building on the Upper West Side has undergone a complete exterior restoration. The range of materials included brick, concrete, limestone, terra cotta, and granite. The $1.1 million project encompassed the reconstruction of the parapets and bulkhead, a new SBS roof system, and a complete replacement of the cornice.
