| We converted a former 40,000 sf brick warehouse into a new commercial office site that includes a ‘big box’ retailer and a kidney dialysis center which serves the nearby Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. The $6 million restoration brought the building into full code compliance and includes a new insulated roof, Passive-House compliant windows, storefronts, canopies, stone cladding, and EIFS to provide a modern public identity. The attractive design allowed our client to leverage the property’s appeal to new tenants. |
