TEP Charter School |
| We completed a $2.7 million two-phase renovation project for TEP Charter School’s new 18,000 sf elementary school in Washington Heights, located in a former commercial space on Broadway. The first phase for the inaugural kindergarten and 1st grade classes, included classrooms, offices, a recreation room, and music studio. The second phase, including 11 additional classrooms and bathrooms, was completed a year later. With splashes of color, we created a vibrant learning space for young energetic learners. |
