Molloy College is an independent, academic institution that has initiated a comprehensive feasibility study to determine a strategy for future growth on its 32-acre campus. While the college developed a long range capital plan, our office provided services for initial work that set the stage for the new campus construction. We completed conceptual campus expansion studies, a new 12,000 sf temporary academic building, a new 2,500 sf office for the Business Department, and a systems upgrade of the existing gymnasium. In addition, we prepared contract documents for a 14,000 sf gut renovation of the 2nd Floor of Casey Hall to accommodate the undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate nursing programs.
