The client, a non-profit AIDS and substance abuse prevention center in Chinatown, had to relocate their facilities without interruption of services. The program for the complete 4,000 sf two-story building renovation includes offices, exam rooms, meeting rooms, and treatment consultation areas. The entire project was constructed within a fast-track six week construction schedule.
