Eastchester Worker Housing I |
| As part of our client’s initiative to offer better housing options in the Bronx, we designed a 250,000 sf mixed-use development that includes 100% affordable rental apartments, commercial spaces, and a community facility. The site spans two tax lots with existing buildings. We proposed a subdivision of the larger lot and then combined it with the lot along Boston Road to significantly increase the developable floor area. |
