Loci Architecture has redesigned and detailed a new exterior for an 18 story building on the Upper East Side as part of a $5.5 million complete exterior restoration project. The existing white glazed brick façade, severely deteriorated, is being removed and replaced with new cross set brick, cast stone details, new windows, and a three story custom limestone base evoking an elegant pre-war character and creating a refined presence along Third Avenue. Our office has provided design, contract document, and construction consultation services.
